I took up photography in high school, and it quickly became my creative outlet and favorite art form. My first camera was a Canon AE-1 Program with a 50mm lens and small zoom. With that kit, I captured and developed a lot of images as the yearbook photographer. After a long hiatus, I returned to photography in 2014, and now I bring a camera with me wherever I go.
I love to capture moments in the long narrative of Creation. I am captivated by God’s design and his gifts to humans as co-creators, especially in architecture and cities. I am grateful for the inspiration and teaching of other photographers and artists like Scott Kelby, Thomas Heaton, Jonathan Chritchley, Robert Rodriguez Jr., and Makoto Fujimura.
I hope you enjoy this sample of my work. Please feel free to drop me a line via my contact page. Thank you for visiting.
